All produce supplied by Odeum complies with a strict quality specification that has been designed and implemented according to our customers’ needs which ensures the consistency of product quality and value for money for consumers.
In order to ensure that standards are upheld or exceeded, Odeum has developed and implemented a number of internationally recognised food safety and quality assurance systems. These systems include a rigorous Approved Supplier Programme that is supported by comprehensive analytical testing audit programmes designed to guarantee the food safety of all produce that we farm and supply.
The Odeum Quality Assurance system incorporates:
- HACCP – Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point food safety system that complies with Food Standards Australia New Zealand
- WQA – Woolworths Quality Assurance (By invitiation from Woolworths only)
- SQF-2000 – Safe Quality Food (includes the additional requirements from Coles)
